What we collect
ChatGPT sign-in supplies your account ID, email and optional name. We use these to secure your dashboard and associate your listing submissions with you. We store the business details and images you choose to submit, along with review status and owner notes.
Public and private details
Public business profiles show the business information approved for publication. Your account identity and pending submissions are kept behind account and owner access checks. Website image-review sessions expire after 30 minutes and are accessible only from your account. Uploaded images are private until approved for publication. Do not upload personal or sensitive documents.
Importing details
Our website importer requests the public business URL you provide, its homepage and up to two linked portfolio or gallery pages. It extracts readable text, structured business details and image suggestions. Previewing an image downloads it through our server. Selected images are copied into private file storage; logo formats such as SVG are converted to PNG in your browser before storage. Only import a site you are authorised to use. Image text recognition runs in your browser, using Tesseract resources loaded from jsDelivr; the source image is not sent to our server for OCR. Review suggestions before saving.
Listing activity
We record when a business profile is opened and when its telephone, email or website link is clicked. Each event stores the listing, activity type, page placement and server timestamp. Business owners can see activity for their approved profiles; the site administrator can see all listing activity. Times are displayed in UK time. This analytics system does not store visitor names, email addresses, IP addresses or tracking cookies.
Hosting and storage
This site is hosted with ChatGPT/Codex Sites. Listing data and uploads use the host’s database and file storage. Account sessions are handled by ChatGPT sign-in. Stripe processes subscriptions and stores payment details. We store Stripe customer, checkout and subscription identifiers, billing status, paid-period dates and payment-review events. Card numbers are entered directly on Stripe and are never stored on this site.
Public directory sources and your choices
Directory records can contain publicly available business names, services, contact details, locations and business images. They do not imply consent, membership or endorsement. Business owners can request a correction, removal or account-data deletion by emailing marty@rentseo.co.uk. We retain submissions while needed to operate and review listings, or until a deletion request is processed, subject to necessary records.
